• Analyze the Team Production performance of the company
• Lead the preparation of production, planning, and inventory control 
• Calculate and confirm production requirements
• Calculate the production capacity and estimate scheduling completion
• Facilitator for production team to support production
• Review Forecast from Marketing
• Monitoring inventory in the production process, storage, and those that will be imported to the company so that when the production process that requires basic materials can run smoothly and in balance.
