Perempuan
Pendidikan min SMA atau sederajat
Memiliki sertifikasi Bartender akan menjadi nilai plus
Memiliki kemampuan bahasa asing akan menjadi nilai plus
Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Bartender atau di industri restoran/perhotelan atau sejenisnya

HEAD CHEF

Minimum 2 years experience as Heaf Chef of 5 years in chef de partie in high traffice restaurant with wetern & asian back groun cuisine
Strong senses of creative & innovative approeach on food devel opment with extensive knowledge in both asian and western cuision
Good attitude, strong team focus & can effectively deliver task to sub ordinate to achieve guests satisfaction through well presents & tastes dishes
Food cost focus & understanding HACPP
Having pastry background will be an advantage
Proficiency in computer knowledge on Microsoft Office
Able to control the quality and quantity of the product
Able to lead, organizer & manage the kitchen staff
Having knowledge in kitchen management & GMP
Able to work with the target
Able to make standard operating procedures of the kitchen to be effective & efficient
Able to control production costs
Max 40 years old
Can speak Englsih
