  • High motivation to achieve specified sales targets
  • Proficients in using CRM and office support applications for creating presentations, documents, excel, and others
  • Competent in the sales process, negotiation, and excellent communication
  • Capable of forming professional business relationships
  • Able to set priorities, manage time effectively, and self-management within the organization
  • Capable of creating and delivering presentation as needed
  • Holds or is currently undergoing Bachelor's education in the field of business or related areas
Responsibilities
  • Presenting ehealth.co.id application features and benefits to healthcare facilities
  • Analyzing healthcare facilities' needs and providing persuasive arguments for utilizing ehealth.co.id application features
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive client and customer relationships through open communication
  • Executing the sales process through direct phone calls, identifying opportunities, and presenting tailored ehealth.co.id solutions
  • Contacting healthcare facilities to collect data on issues and complaints, promptly addressing application bugs, and expediting information distribution for enchanced satisfaction
  • Achieving sales targets and monthly performance goals
  • Effectively communication and coordinatiing with sales team and other departments to facilitate the sales process and contribute to team synergy
  • Implementing best practices in online communication, responding to chats within a 24-hour timeframe for clients and the ehealth team
  • Demonstrating openness to feedback, actively participating in learning and pursuing self-development to enhance sales processes
Extra Points
  • Work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Suite
  • Proficient in using Odoo
  • Holds certifications in business and sales
  • Certification and evidence of good prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Specific product knowledge in ehealth.co.id
