MEGALAND HOTEL a four star business hotel, centrally located in the heart of Solo city, with 101 rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, and ballroom, is seeking candidates to join our dynamic team as : 

1. DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (Code : DOSM) 
2. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (Code : SMM)
3. SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (Code : SSE) 
4. BANQUET SALES (Code : BS)
5. ADMIN SALES & MARKETING (Code : ASM)

General reqruitments : 

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (Code : DOSM)

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background 
• Having minimum 3 years experience in similiar position preferably from 4-Star Hotel 
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
• Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segmen 
• Familiar with function room regulation and room revenue 
• Understanding of Budget Planning and Rooms Forecasting an advantage 
• Must have a track record of achieving sales target in current 
• Highly motivated, full initiative, excellent interpersonal skill, strongly on leadership and team work, strong managerial skill
• Fast learner, proactive, ambitious, energetic, & persistent 
• Fluency in English both oral and written 

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (Code : SMM) 

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background 
• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel 
• Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segmen 
• Familiar with function room regulation and room revenue

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (Code : SSE) 

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background 
• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel 
• Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segmen 
• Familiar with function room regulation is a must 
• Understanding of Basic Finance and Rooms Forecasting an advantage 
• Must have a track record of achieving sales target in current and previous organizations 
• Highly motivated, full initiative & team work oriented 
• Fluency in English both oral and written 

BANQUET SALES (Code : BS) 

• Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel 
• Min D3 graduate in relevant studies 
• Have the ability to work both in a team or individually and under pressure 
• Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic personality 
• Honest, sincere, dedicated, creative and innovative 
• Have a permit driving and personal vehicle 
• Have acknowledge about banquet product and system 

ADMIN SALES & MARKETING 

• Having minimum 1 years experience as similiar position sales & marketing hotel administration 
• Min D3 graduate in relevant studies 
• Having capability to operate Microsoft Office tools and website 
• Have the ability to work both in a team or individually, under pressure and good communication 
• Hard working and willing to spend overtime 
• Fluently speak english both oral or written
