• Skills and knowledge of all kitchen operation 
• Have an extended knowledge about food ingredients 
• Ability to manage work 
• Ability to work with a team 
• Must be reliable, honest and trustworthy 
• Good looking, good attitude, high motivation, skillfull 
• Presentable, hardworking and cooperative 
• Willing to work overtime
