Marakez Café and Resto, We are the first authentic Arabian & Western Restaurant located at Solo, Central Java. Bringing to our customers the best legendary Arabian & Western dishes with the finest spices and meats, we offers our clients a comfortable and cozy spot experience that is both affordable and yet inspiring. We are currently looking for experienced young professionals to join the team at Marakez Café and Resto.

RESTO MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the overall business performance of the resto
• Coordinate the entire restaurant operation
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Planning and managing the daily operations (Inc. staffing, hiring, training, etc.)
• Directing all marketing efforts to increase overall sales
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, and sales
• Handling all clients feedback including complaints and compliments
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
• Successfully promote and publicize the brand
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
• Capable of designing mutual cooperation with work partner

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in managing a resto (preferably mid to high end resto)
• Proven track record in resto management
• Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Have an extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Able to work independently to achieve sales targets
• Computer literacy and familiar with resto management software
