1. PRODUCTION MANAGER ( Code: PM ) 
2. SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ( Code: SA ) 
3. DRAFTER ( Code: D )
4. QUALITY CONTROL ( Code: QC ) 
5. SAMPLE MAKER ( Code: SM ) 
6. SUPERVISOR PRODUKSI ( Code: SP ) 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. PRODUCTION MANAGER ( Code: PM ) 

Responsibilities:

1. Directly responsible to the Director of all the production process including quality, capacity and respect of procedures 
2. Overseeing the production process in order to create an appropriate work flow 
3. Coordinate with the Director in taking any decision in production (schedule container) 
4. Make sure communication is running well, understood and followed within the whole production team 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree 
• Have significate experience of knock down furniture 
• Have experience in leading factory 
• Good skill for computer 
• Good in English speaking & writing 
• Hard worker, rigorous, responsible, able to work under pressure, creative, solution & result oriented. 

2. SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ( Code: SA )

Responsibilities:

1. Directly responsible to the Admin Manager 
2. Create reports of Taxation and Finance company 
3. Audit the financial statements 
4. Submit financial statements weekly and monthly reports to the Director. 
5. Maintain confidentiality relating to corporate finance and allow only certain people to access 

Requirements:

• Have experience of factory accounting 
• Has an extensive network of cooperation with banks & government instances 
• Good skill for computer 
• Good in English speaking & writing 
• Hard worker, rigorous, responsible, able to work under pressure, creative, solution & result oriented. 

3. DRAFTER ( Code: D )

Responsibilities:

1. Create design and technical drawings for new products 
2. Make all supporting documents for production 
3. Find more effective manufacturing process for efficiency and time working for the company 
4. Make the most efficient assembly instruction in accordance with company / buyer standards 
5. Monitor sample preparation 

Requirements:

• Have minimum 2 years experience in knock down furniture 
• Good experience in furniture design 
• Good skill in English 
• Good skill computer, especially Autocad 2D & 3D, Photoshop 
• Bachelor degree / D3 

4. QUALITY CONTROL ( Code: QC )

Responsibilities:

1. Creating quality of goods in accordance with the standards of the company and the buyer 
2. Create a daily report in writing to Supervisor QC 
3. Carry out inspections of products ready for shipment 
4. Providing useful solution for improving the quality of the product 

Requirements:

• Have experience of knock down furniture 
• Knows well of technical drawing 
• D3 / Senior High Level 

5. SAMPLE MAKER ( Code: SM )

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Membuat contoh barang sebelum produksi 
2. Membuat mal / jig & memastikan berfungsi dengan benar 

Syarat:

• Mempunyai pengalaman di mebel 
• Bisa membaca gambar 
• Bisa bekerja tepat waktu, ulet & jujur 

6. SUPERVISOR PRODUKSI ( Code: SP )

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Memimpin & mengatur anak buah 
2. Monitor & melakukan pengecekan hasil kerja bawahan 
3. Melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan target 
4. Mengatur pekerjaan menjadi efektif dan efisien 

Syarat:

• Mempunyai pengalaman di mebel 
• Bisa membaca gambar 
• Bisa bekerja tepat waktu, ulet & jujur
