Requirements:


GRAPHIC DESIGN STAFF

• Male 
• Has a design education 
• Expert in Illustrator, Adobe, Indesign, flash & action script 
• Good sense in typography, space, aesthetics & understanding of colour and form. 
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
• Able to work as part of a team 

VISUAL MERCHANDISE STAFF

• Male 
• Posses at least Bacherlor’s degree from Visual Art/ Design 
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Expert in Adobe 
• Expert in sketching and manual drawing. 

PUBLIC RELATION STAFF

• Female 
• Min. height 165cm 
• Max. age 28 years 
• Posses at least Bachelor's degree from Mass Communication (Public Relation) 
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Required Language: English 

ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATION

• Male 
• Fresh Graduate 
• Posses at least Bachelor's degree from Information Technology/ Computer 
• Fluent in English 

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS

• Male 
• Posses at least High School/ Diploma from Engineering Technic 
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Expert in handling plumbing,AC,genset and chiller. 
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays 

ACCOUNTING STAFF

• Male/Female 
• Fresh Graduate 
• Posses at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Tax 

CASUAL LEASING STAFF

• Male 
• Posses at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Communication 
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Has a wide networking 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Female/Male 
• Maximum age 28 years old 
• Min. Height 165cm 
• Candidate must possess at least a diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field 
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented 
• Communication in English is a must 
• Good telephone etiquette with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays 
• Handling incoming/outgoing telephone and company guest 
• Represents the company image as the front office stage 
• Handling administration activities such as correspondence and other document

DOORMAN

• Male 
• Maximum age 28 years old 
• Min. Height 170cm 
• Candidate must possess at least a diploma degree 
• Min. experience 1 year at the same field 
• Strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented 
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays 

CASHIER

• Female 
• Maximum age 28 years old 
• Min. Height 160cm 
• Candidate must possess at least a High school, diploma any field 
• Minimum 1 year experience as Cashier 
• Strong character, self-motivated, willing to learn and service oriented 
• Willing to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
