Megaland Hotel is a four star business hotel, centrally located in the heart of Solo city, with 101 rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, and ballroom, is seeking candidates want to join our dynamic team as :

  2. ASSISTANT SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (CODE : ASMM)

Requirements:


SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (CODE : SMM)
  • Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background
  • Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from 4-Star Hotel
  • Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segmen
  • Familiar with function room regulation and room revenue
  • Understanding of Budget Planning and Rooms Forecasting an advantage
  • Must have a track record of achieving sales target in current 
  • Highly motivated, full initiative, excellent interpersonal skill, strongly on leadership and team work, strong managerial skill
  • Fast learner, proactive, ambitious, energetic, & persistent
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
ASSISTANT SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (CODE : ASMM)
  • Having minimum 2 years experience in similiar position preferably from Hotel
  • Minimum Diploma III (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background
  • Familiar with goverment, corporate, tour & travel agent, and organization segmen
  • Familiar with function room regulation and room revenue
  • Understanding of Budget Planning and Rooms Forecasting an advantage

  • Female 
  • Min D3 graduate in relevant studies 
  • At least min 2 years in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience in hospitality industry is preferred

  • Fluency in English both oral and written
GENERAL CASHIER
  • EDUCATION MIN D3 ACCOUNTING
  • HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A GENERAL CASHIER / ACCOUNTING STAFF FOR AT LAST 1 YEARS IN HOSPITALITY
  • ABLE TO AND MASTER ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
  • EXCELLENT ADMINISTRATIVE & INTERPERSONAL SKILL
  • COMPUTER LITERATE
  • WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME, GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT, AND ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
  • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILL, SELF MOTIVATED AND DYNAMIC
  • HIGH RESPONSIBILITY,LOYALTY AND INTEGRITY
  • UNDERSTAND ABOUT COMPANY CASH FLOW
  • HANDLE PETTY CASH
  • COLLECT REMITTANCE FROM CLIENTS,REPRESENTATIVE,OPERATION DEPARTMNET AND OTHER STAFF RELATED ON DAILY BASIS
  • DO BANK RECONCILIATION
  • DO DAILY CASH COUNTING TO ENSURE PHYSIC CASH SAME AS BALANCE IN REPORT
  • INPUT ALL CASH IN/OUT TRANSACTION TO SYSTEM
  • FOLLOW UP COLLECT PAYMENT/DIRECT PAYMENT IN SYSTEM
  • ENSURE THAT DOCUMENTS ARE PROPERLY STORED AND FILED TO MAINTENANCE ON ORDDERLY WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND EASY RETRIEVAL OF INFORMATION
COST CONTROL
  • EDUCATION MIN D3 ACCOUNTING
  • HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A COST CONTROLLER / ACCOUNTING STAFF FOR AT LEAST 1 YEARS IN HOSPITALITY
  • ABLE TO AND MASTER ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
  • EXCELLENT ADMINISTRATIVE & INTERPERSONAL SKILL
  • COMPUTER LITERATE
  • WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME, GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT, AND ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
  • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILL, SELF MOTIVATED AND DYNAMIC
  • MAKE A FLASH COST DAILY REPORT
  • CARRY OUT INVENTORY OR CALCULATE ALL ITEMS EVERY MONTHLY REPORTS ( COST OF PRODUCT)
  • CONTROL FOOD & BEVERAGE BUDGET EXPENSE LINES
WAITER & BANQUET
  • Male
  • Min. Education D1 
  • Computer skill : minimum office programs 
  • Experience in the same position min 1 year 
  • Good communication in English both verbal & written
  • Review and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) or Event Plan at the beginning of each shift to ensure banquet rooms are set as per the customer request
  • Hardworking and enthusiastic personality Actractive, Energic, eigel and nimble, have good performance and well grooming
